As non-physical, irrevocable commodities, all digital plans, services, e-books, recordings, and other digital products are sent immediately to the customer’s selected email address at checkout. Please get in touch with customer service at  hello@spreadsheetbuddy.com to address any issues if you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, including malfunctions.
